1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Famz Foods Catering Services ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our catering services or this website.

2. Governing Law (Michigan)

These terms and any services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Michigan**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Michigan.

3. Catering & Booking Protocols

Reservation & Deposits

To secure a date in our archive, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated value is required. This deposit covers administrative costs, ingredient sourcing priority, and staff allocation.

Final Selection & Payment

Final menu selections and guest counts must be confirmed no later than 14 business days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due 7 business days before the event date. Late payments may result in service termination without refund of deposit.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

In alignment with Michigan consumer protection standards, the following cancellation schedule applies:

Over 30 days notice: Deposit remains non-refundable, but may be applied to a future date within 6 months (subject to availability).
14-30 days notice: 75% of the total event value is due.
Less than 14 days notice: 100% of the total event value is due; no refunds will be issued.

5. Liability & Food Safety

Famz Foods operates in strict accordance with the **Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD)** standards.

Allergy Warning: While we take extreme care, our kitchen processes nuts, dairy, and gluten. Clients must disclose all guest allergies in writing at least 14 days before the event. Famz Foods is not liable for undisclosed allergic reactions.

We are not liable for venue damages caused by guests or force majeure events (extreme Michigan weather, power outages, etc.) that prevent safe service execution.
